In case you didn't already know, I'm out of the hospital. I was released on Saturday afternoon. I'm on a strict low-fat diet (probably not a bad thing this time of year) and will go in for an Endoscopic Ultrasound in about 3-4 weeks to see if they can get a better idea of what caused the Acute Pancreatitis in the first place. Right now there is no diagnosis that suggest how I went from healthy to hospital in a matter of hours. Kind of scary.
