Hobby Bob

I'm one of those people that pick up new hobbies rather often. I thought some of you might get some entertainment out of seeing just what hobbies I have had in the last 5-10 years.

So sit back, relax, and NO LAUGHING.

Slot car racing in my garage

Running (honest I had just finished a race)

FIRE! FIRE! It's a hobby isn't it?

Radio controlled car racing




Kite flying


Kite chasing

Camping

Geocaching

I don't think running and biking are hobbies. Hobbies are always fun. There have been times in running and biking where the fun stopped long before the race did, but I kept going for some stupid reason.

I have to wonder if the picture of your son letting go of the kite catches him at a moment when it just wasn't fun anymore. If so, he just taught me something.

Maybe it's the racing part that is hard to call a hobby.

When Brandon let go, Keli and I both panicked, then started laughing because it was so funny. Luckily, my running/biking hobbies gave me the ability to catch the string before it was too late.
