Goal update

As I mentioned a few posts ago, I'm trying to complete a few goals over the next 30 days. The list is as follows:

1) No sugar added or candy (7 days and counting)
2) No pop (7 days and counting)
3) 1 hour of work when I get to the office each day (FAIL! starting over today)
4) Ride my bike to work for 1 month strait (7 days and counting)
5) Read the Bible 15 minutes each night (7 days and counting)

I'm having the most trouble with getting myself to ignore distractions at work that are not work related. Nothing major, but I just want to keep trying to stay on task for larger blocks of time at work, and get my day started on the right foot.

So what are the benefits so far? I've dropped 3 pounds since I started, and I've seen 6 out of the last 8 sunrises. I got to play in the rain yesterday (biking home from work). I've noticed an increase in productivity at work (even if it's not where I want it to be yet). The best part, however, is that I've spent more time with Keli lately because we are doing the Bible reading together, and then chatting afterwards.
