OK… I’m not currently looking for a new job. I enjoy where I work and the people I’m working with. So if you are one of my coworkers, don’t panic.
However, I recently read an article that talked about how the grand majority of people are working a job they do not enjoy and where they do not utilized their strongest talents. For Example: An introvert that struggles with social interaction should probably not be in direct sales.
So what about you? What are your strongest talents/gifts and does your current job exercise those natural talents?
