I know, it's been a while since I posted last. I guess I've gotten into the habit of only posting when I have a picture or something out of the ordinary to talk about. Well... No picture for this post.
So why am I posting? Other than I'm at work and have a few minutes to kill in between tasks? One, I just thought I should post something so I keep in the habit. Two, I'm just really looking forward to this weekend and thought I'd share why.
This weekend I'm going camping with my dad and my two boys. Nothing amazing, nothing ground shaking, but I'm still very excited about having a chance to get to know my dad better. Not that I don't know him already, but we seldom talk one-on-one because I usually see him in more of a family context, and thinks can be busy and distracting in those situation. So it should be a good chance to dig a little deeper and share at a little bit deeper level with him. Not that I have a specific agenda, but it will be nice to be able to talk, and even more importantly, listen.
Who knows, maybe I'll have a few pictures to share after the camping trip.
