Some of my readers know that I help run another blog that's dedicated to changing the transportation landscape of Omaha. It keeps me pretty busy, and takes most of my blogging time. That's why I have not been posting here very often.
Anyways, I watch several other related blogs and news sources as a result. Here is a video that popped up at one of those sights. I thought it was interesting. Let me know what you think in the comments.

i always understood environmental concern as the natural outcropping of our place in the cosmos as illuminated by the scientific insights which similarly provided the tools which allowed us to destroy the planet in the first place.
carl sagan said it best;
"We live in a society exquisitely dependent on science and technology, in which hardly anyone knows anything about science and technology."
I dig the video, but environmentalism is just the proper response to the scientific concern over how our science is affecting the planet. Always a role for watercolor though!
