I'm looking forward to the weekend because it's just going to be the boys and I AND I don't have to go to work on Friday. Keli is going to a retreat with some friends from church. So we get to be completely disgusting guys without Keli getting grossed out. Maybe we should all eat baked beans for dinner Friday night ;-)
Some things we have planned for the weekend:
- AWANA Grand Prix on Friday night (pinewood derby race)
- A movie or two on Saturday
- Taking apart a dead lawn mower on Saturday to "see what's inside"
- Reading "The Return of the Indian (Indian in the Cupboard, The)"
- Having some other guys over on Saturday night to play card/board games and computer games
- Pretend to be a Sunday School Teacher on Sunday morning (I'm filling in for Keli)
It should be a fun weekend. I should apologize to Keli in advance for the mess we will likely make and the clothing that the boys will likely get dirty beyond cleaning. MWAHAHAHA!
Oh, and I plan to take at least one nap. :-)
