Aint she purdy?

I got my first ride on the new setup this morning.

Very nice. Shifting was easy and intuitive. Didn't take long at all to get used to.

I'm sure it's not perfectly adjusted yet, as I can't use 34 and 11 or 12 without rubbing and 50-28 (I have the 11-28 cassette) seems to rub the derailleur cage at the top of the cage (I may have the front derailleur too low). Other than that, shifting was spot on and snappy.

The bike, as a whole, felt noticeably quicker, but nothing huge. I was riding pretty casual, so I'll have to see how it feels in a faster group ride (probably this weeks trek store ride since it's close enough to my route home to join in on the first 1/4 of it).
