Sorrow

If your reading this, be warned, it is not a happy posting. I am writing this with difficulty as I try to keep the tears in my eyes from blurring my vision.

Many of you know that I race mountain bikes in the summer. Last year I raced mainly in the Single Speed class. Part of what I like about that class is the people I get to race with. One of those racers is Josh. He's also the fastest guy in that class and won the point series last year.

I've enjoyed riding with him a great deal. He is competitive, but humble and quick to encourage people when they have a bad day or race. He is instantly likable and I count myself blessed to call him my friend.

Last year Josh became a husband when he married his lovely bride Alaina. Alaina has been at almost every race over the last 2 years of racing. So I knew here reasonably well also. They made a great couple and their love for each other was always evident.

So why is this article so difficult for me to write? I'll just link to this article and you can find out for yourself.

Please keep Josh and both families in your prayers.

Josh is a stud and a half.
And one Strong Dude,if anyone will pull through it's him.But he needs the Bike community behind him.
