Yesterday turned out to be a great day to ride home. Below is a picture of me heading out of the underground parking garage that I get to use for free since my bike doesn't take up a parking stall. Notice the Saggy Seat Syndrome. I had to stuff all my morning "cold as heck" layers in my jersey pockets for the trip home.
Today should be even better with an expected 60ºF or better this afternoon. My toes were a bit cold on the ride in though.

Hey! I recognize that wool longsleeve jersey. I just bought one also. $30 for quality wool is tough to beat. Even if it was size XL, I just put it through the dryer once and it fits fairly well now.
I'm tellin ya, gotta get a handlebar bag. All that stuff probably could have fit in there leaving your wool shirt to hang normally. Oh, by the way, I'm picking up the rack and panniers from my parents house tonight, so we could figure something out for Friday night, or this weekend if you want. I might be on call Saturday morning, so if you had time, you could ride over, I'd install the rack then you could ride home. It's up to you.
Yeah... the handlebar bag is on my list. Just gotta wait till I have funds.
I'd be available Tomorrow night, Next Tuesday night, or next Thursday night to stop by your place on my commute home to put the rack on.
This Friday wont work because I have to get home to take the kids out to find some candy.
I spent a bit more for my jersey on ebay because it was a more popular size. But I still paid less than 50% of retail. Gotta like that.
I'm busy Thursday with work till 8pm, so we'll figure it out next week. Huh! I completely forgot about candy night. I'm going to a partay, so thanks for reminding me of that.
Ah, I got the jersey from High Gear. They have one more XL on sale for $30.
