I only rode my bike once last week. However, I didn't feel too good that afternoon so I called Keli to come get me and give me a ride home. That was Tuesday. I'm hoping to get more riding in this week.
This Friday we took delivery of 9 new sets of wood blinds for our home. I was dreading the process of putting them up. However, I was pleasantly surprised how fast they went up. With a little help from my father-in-law (we tend to time home improvement projects for when he comes into town...I wonder if he has noticed) we had all 9 blinds installed withing about 4 hours. The blinds make an amazing difference on how the house looks. We have been here almost 12 years and have wanted to do this the whole time, but it was never a priority. Now all the windows have blinds instead of the crappy white pull-down roller shades that we have had for the last 11.5 years. It makes the house seem so much more "finished".

It's nice when something actually takes less time than you expect, usually it's double.

The blinds look great. Hopefully, I will get to see them in person someday soon.
