Where I work we do a pre-Thanksgiving pig-out event the week prior to Thanksgiving. I decided to bring Spicy Chicken Soup this year. The picture below shows the soup just moments ago. The picture angle doesn't do the pot size justice. That is a large stock pot and I would guess that I made between 3 and 4 gallons of soup (minus one bowl... BURP!).
