"Aren't you cold?" X 4

I rode my bike in this morning. It was 49ºF when I left home. It actually got colder by the time I got to work at 7:40.

But I also had a Doctor appointment at 12:00 at 168th and center. I work at 114th and center. So I departed work at 11:30, made it just in time, and was back to work by 1:00. Not bad for peddle power. I even got mixed up on the way there and popped out of a neighborhood at 155th and Pacific. Ooops.

Anyway, the funny part was that I had 4 different people ask me if I was cold. You know, I was actually very comfy thanks to some very useful bike clothing that allows me to moderate my heat loss so that I don't bake if I over-dress.

Anyways, I love fall commuting. I also like keeping up with traffic on Center street even when I'm on a bike with only 1 gear. ;-)
