Today was a great day for a bike ride. So the whole family went out for a bike ride at Lake Manawa. Today was the first event of the MetrO! Mountain Bike Challenge. I didn't get any pictures of the boys during their race (because my wife and I were busy pushing them) but here are a few of my better half racing.
