I decided to brave the dark clouds and ride my bike into work today. It was amazing. No traffic, no worries, no sweat. I took the 13 mile route and took it easy. It didn't start raining on me while I was riding in, so I stayed nice and dry. I'm always surprised at how awake I am when I get into work after bike commuting.
As for the title of this post, I got to play "smash a worm" all the way to work. The trail was just covered with worms trying to survive last nights rain. If they only knew that the result would be a close encounter with a bike tire, they might have took their chances in the grass.
